Business Model

Two engines. One standard.

The Group builds and operates its own ventures, and delivers solutions with its clients and partners. Each engine strengthens the other.

Engine one — MOUIG Ventures

Ventures are platforms and products that the Group designs, builds and owns. Each venture addresses a specific problem, has its own identity and, when ready, its own website.

We state the status of every venture as it is. A venture in development is presented as in development.

Engine two — MOUIG Solutions

Solutions are engagements delivered with clients and partners. They start from a defined problem and end with a system the client can run.

How the two engines connect

  • What we learn by operating our own ventures informs the solutions we deliver.
  • What we learn from client work shows us where a new venture is needed.
  • Where a venture fits a client's need, it can form part of the solution, on clear and documented terms.

How we work

Understand → Diagnose → Design → Build → Optimize

Every engagement and every venture follows the same five stages.

  1. Understand

We understand the whole picture before we build the solution.

  2. Diagnose

We identify what’s really holding your business back.

  3. Design

We design the system your business needs.

  4. Build

We turn the vision into something real.

  5. Optimize

We measure, improve, and move business forward.

Status definitions

  • Pilot

Running with a limited group of users to test and refine it.

  • In development

  • Group division

Operates within the Group under its own identity.
