MOUIG Solutions
We work with organisations on defined problems and deliver systems they can run after the engagement ends.
Five solution areas
Each area has its own page with the services it covers, the way we work and what the client receives at the end.
Business Transformation
From scattered operations to structured systems that can scale.
Technology & Digital Systems
Software, platforms and automation built around how the organisation works.
Marketing & Growth
Strategy, brand and campaigns tied to measurable business objectives.
Training & Capability
Programmes that build practical skills inside the client's own team.
Events & Conferences
Planning and delivery of professional events and conferences.
Each row links to its solution page.
Who we work with
We work business to business. Our clients are organisations, not individuals.
- Companies at different stages, from growing businesses to established organisations.
- Institutions, including education and training bodies.
- Public-sector bodies.
- Non-profit organisations.
We work in Arabic and English with equal standing, in the United Kingdom, internationally and across the Arab world.
How we work
Understand → Diagnose → Design → Build → Optimize
Every engagement follows the same five stages. Each solution page shows what the stages mean in that area.
01 Understand
We understand the whole picture before we build the solution.
02 Diagnose
We identify what’s really holding your business back.
03 Design
We design the system your business needs.
04 Build
We turn the vision into something real.
05 Optimize
We measure, improve, and move business forward.
How an engagement starts
First contact
You describe the problem by email, telephone or WhatsApp.
Diagnostic conversation
A structured conversation to understand the situation, the objective and the constraints.
Scoped proposal
A written proposal: scope, deliverables, timeline, responsibilities and fees.
Agreement and start
Work starts once the scope is agreed in writing.
An engagement can cover one area or combine several. The scope is set in the proposal, not assumed.
